David Palay   David A. Palay, M.D., is a Board Certified ophthalmologist specializing in refractive surgery, corneal transplant surgery and cataract surgery. He has been in practice in Atlanta since 1992.   He received his undergraduate degree from Duke University: he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He then attended medical school and completed his residency at Emory University. He did a fellowship in corneal surgery at the University of Iowa, and he was a full-time faculty member at The Emory Eye Center of Emory University from 1992 to 1999. In 1999, Dr. Palay entered private practice with Atlanta Ophthalmology Associates, PC, specializing in LASIK refractive surgery, corneal transplantation, and cataract surgery. He remains actively involved in teaching surgical techniques at Emory University as an Associate Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology.   Jay Krachmer   Jay H.
